sorry to hear that pwnd...but sounds like the 'change of seasons' cold...drink some extra oj etc....and go to bed early.

took hubby to the bank to make his annual ira deposit--I find it so very truly strange that no one knows how to do the deposits for an ira ....in order to take OUT from an ira you have to first put something IN! /sigh

monday is fish night...salmon steaks for dinner--martin yan style.

I want to go to bed early. But I can't tonight... Have to pick the fiancee up from the airport at 10:07pm tonight. Though it is looking like she is going to miss her connecting flight. Which means she will probably be here tomorrow at some time. And I'm the only one around who can get her. So maybe it will be better if I'm still under the weather tomorrow since I might have to miss work to pick her up anyways. Who knows... Hopefully she gets to her connecting flight though.

I had leftovers... Yup.

could've had a nice nap though before the airport trip.

either way--hope you are feeling better today....(if not I think the weather is being nice so opening a window and breathing the almost spring air couldnt hurt ...much).

and well, I grabbed the halibut instead of the salmon so it was halibut steaks --still turned out ok, had it with a side of my favorite noodles ---kishimen! (having lived in nagoya it HAS to be my favorite!!)

have my massssaggggeee today...cant wait, have had a horrible neck ache with headache for the last day or so---

Welp took my first sick day of the year. Not because I had to pick her up but because I actually felt awful this morning. Slept for another 2 hours after calling in sick. Just hope my students were on their best behavior. .. But I did get the fiancee picked up and I'm feeling better. So hopefully I continue to feel better. Plan is to go in tomorrow.

The weather is really nice here. In the 60's, but it is WAY to windy to open the windows. Just far to windy which is sad... Supposed to be nice again tomorrow though.

Hmmm I don't know what I'm having for dinner tonight. Probably something warm and soothing. I'm on an epic Vitamin C binge. Lots and lots of Vitamin C.

hope you feel better I know you hate sore throats.

we have been doing the salad thing--had an anti pasta salad yesterday and then with the remaining deli stuff had sub sandwiches (with plenty of spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, lettuce and olives--so it was more like a salad on bread)....fiep is happy as he got the ends of the loaf (baguette) we bought.

not sure about tomorrow as we still have some spinach left, perhaps pizza with olives, green pepper, spinach .....

Thanks cosy. The sore throat is pretty much all gone now but the cold is just kicking in. Stuffy nose and lots of dry coughing... Not fun. Still been able to go to work thanks to medicine but I'm definitely drained at the end of the day... Might take another sick day tomorrow... Dunno yet. See how I feel.

Dinner hasn't been all that exciting to me as of late. Which isn't surprising considering my current status of sick.

I believe you have found the negative part of living alone--no one there to make dinner for you when you are sick (had that problem when I was sick in japan--though I think it was worse since I needed to see a doctor and with my limited japanese could not explain my illness to them, so I really needed someone there).
drink plenty of fluids and go home after your last class--dont stay late! skip dinner (unless you pick up something on the way home) and then jump into bed! Colds can be so life zapping its really crazy.

Hope you feel better pwnd I had a weeks worth of the cold thankfully that was all. My wife has had bronchitis since December and still needs her nebulizer. Well we had another dolphin strand itself on the Cape today, that makes 190 since January, only 53 survived to be released at sea.

Yikes my cold was bad today... Gutted through work and came home and laid in bed for an hour... Could have kept laying there but I need to make dinner... Dang.

I guess that's the "good" part of living really closed to a McDonald's. When I'm really too tired/sick to cook something, I can go there.

I think I'm losing some of my English because people around me speak badly and unfortunately, I end up making their dumb mistakes >.>

Tuesday I was feeling really sick. Got home at 8 pm, ate something because I took some Tylenol and was in bed an hour later. I slept great though ^^

That's what you get when you release animals kept in captivity. Although 53 of them still being alive is good.

And don't overdo-it too much Pwnd.

lots of times animals that are sick will separate themselves from their groups--could be that some of those beachers knew something was wrong? (lots of toxic craap has been dumped into our oceans/lakes/rivers so it would not be hard to see lots of dying aquatic life--as sad as that sounds).

mc donalds ....YUK! that is NOT food!

Hahaha wow did I get that completely wrong xD. I thought you meant that they had released 190 dolphins that were held in captivity and only 53 of them survived xD.

The dying sea life really is a sad thing...

Sometimes McDonalds food tastes good, but I don't eat it that much (expensive for what it is, and not too good for the health).

Seems like this past year has been full of dolphins washing ashore. Very sad.

I'm getting better. Going to spend all of today relaxing and watching basketball. Should be fun.

went out for dinner last night (dang the price of gas went up yet again--even DURING the day it went up)....had really bad service at the place we went

yeah, gonna spend today doing almost nothing (ok, that is pretty much what I do every day----)....got plans to get a few things accomplished this weekend, whether they get accomplished is yet to be seen.
